If your payment fails due to technical issues or network problems, but the amount is debited from your account, you are eligible for a full refund.
In case of duplicate charges due to system errors, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 business days.
Refunds for failed payments will be processed within 15 days of reporting the issue to our support team.
